Duo / Trio Lied- en

MÉLODIE-LIED

The repertoire of German Lieder and French melodies is the foundation of learning singing; it is of infinite richness and is never fully explored. How can one not be in awe of the great interpretations by Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, Gérard Souzay, Hans Hotter, and so many others?

These compositions are a reflection of a bygone era; they carry the taste of another time, and hearing them immerses us in a world that is no longer our own.

They give us the opportunity to hear the texts of illustrious poets, to rediscover the literature of a world where the Internet did not exist, a world where poets were the link between the secular and the sacred, capable of both elevating the world and revealing its deepest ugliness.

I have created several programs with different partners in duos and trios (you can view the list of programs by clicking on the following link), and if you are interested in scheduling such a program, please feel free to contact me for more details.
